Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá detektorem lži při vyšetřování. Cílem této práce je zjistit, jak se detektor lži využívá ve vyšetřování, ale je zde také snaha o vymezení základní podstaty detektoru lži a vysvětlení možnosti a principu jeho fungování. Dále také jeho historickou podstatu a vývoj při jeho využívání v jiných odvětví. Praktická část bakalářské práce obsahuje dotazníkové šetření, jehož cílem je přiblížení znalostí o detektoru lži ve společnosti. Další stěžejní částí je snaha o propojení poznatků z kriminalistické praxe v konkrétních případech a také specifičnost související se lhaním z oblasti forenzní psychologie. Závěr této práce obsahuje souhrn všech skutečností, které byly při psaní této práce nashromážděny a získány.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with lie detector investigation. The aim of this thesis is to find out how the lie detector is used in investigations, but there is also an attempt to define the basic nature of the lie detector and to explain the possibility and principle of its operation. Furthermore, also its historical nature and the evolution in its use in other industries. The practical part of the bachelor's thesis includes a questionnaire survey, the aim of which is to approximate the knowledge of the lie detector in society. Another key part is an attempt to relate knowledge from criminalistic practice to specific cases, as well as specifics related to lying from the field of forensic psychology. The conclusion of this thesis contains a summary of all the facts that were collected and obtained while writing this thesis.
