Práce se zabývá vysvětlením pojmu outsourcing a jeho možnostech v oblasti informačních a komunikačních technologií. Text práce se v první části věnuje samostatnému pojmu outsourcing a přehledu výhod a rizik spojenými s outsourcingem.
