V předložené práci je prezentován vývoj a funkce multiplatformního 3D editoru molekulárních struktur. V diplomove práci jsou rozebrány teoretické podklady důležité pro pochopení problematiky zobrazování a editace molekul. In this work, the development and functionality of multiplatform 3D editor of molecular structures is presented. The thesis describes important bases for molecular structure visualizations and editing. It also reviews current software tools with similar purposes.
