Předkládaná diplomová práce je rozčleněna na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části má za úkol zpřehlednit problematiku oceňování pozemků, popsat základní oceňovací přístupy a podrobně vysvětlit jednotlivé v úvahu přicházející metody, které se odvíjí ze všech tří přístupů na tržních principech. Presented diploma thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts.
