Abstract:

Diplomová práce pojednává o manipulativních technikách, se kterými je možné se setkat při užívání sociálních sítí běžným uživatelem. Cílem práce je zjistit, jak na participanty působí vybrané manipulativní techniky využívané firmami na sociálních sítích, zda jsou schopni je rozpoznat a do jaké míry je vnímají jako nemorální a nebezpečné. V teoretické části je představeno 15 manipulativních technik a popsáno základní fungování a propagování na sociálních sítích. V části praktické byl realizován výzkum pomocí dotazníkového šetření a polostrukturovaných rozhovorů, který vedl k získání důležitých dat pro sestavení edukačních materiálů a seřazení manipulativních technik v projektové části.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the manipulative techniques that can be encountered in the use of social networks by the average user. The aim of the thesis is to find out how selected manipulative techniques used by companies on social networks affect the participants, whether they are able to recognize them and to what extent they perceive them as immoral and dangerous. In the theoretical part, 15 manipulative techniques were introduced and the basic functioning and promotion on social networks was described. In the practical part, research was carried out by means of a questionnaire survey and semi-structured interviews, which led to the collection of important data for the compilation of educational materials and the ranking of manipulative techniques in the project part.
