Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá zavedením nútenej správy v komerčnej banke. Sú v nej vysvetlené jednotlivé činnosti banky, aký význam má banka vo finančnom sektore ako aj dôvody, prečo k nútenej správe dôjde.
