Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh variantního řešení vzhledu fasády a možnosti využití prostoru ploché střechy. Navrhované řešení je aplikováno na projekt novostavby polyfunkčního bytového domu, který byl zpracován v rámci Projektu I – Projektu III.
