Energy review of passive house

Abstract:

V posledních letech se čím víc častěji řeší otázky spojené s úsporou energií. Spotřeba energií stoupá a jednou z cest, jak tento nepříznivý trend zastavit, je snížení energetické náročnosti budov. Vliv stavebního průmyslu a budov na spotřebu energie je značný. Ve vyspělých zemích činí podíl spotřeby energie na provoz budov k celkové spotřebě přibližně 50 %. Opatření vedoucí k úsporám energie je předmětem mnoha politických jednání na různých úrovní. Evropský parlament vyzval svým usnesením z 31.1.2008 Evropskou komisi, aby navrhla závazné požadavky, podle nichž by všechny nové budovy vyžadující vytápění a chlazení musely být od roku 2011 postaveny podle norem pro pasivní domy. Pasivní domy jsou svoji minimální spotřebou energie vyústěním snahy o zamezení plýtvání ve stavebnictví. Cílem práce je výpočet energetické bilance na příkladu modelu pasivního domu. V první části práce budou vysvětleny základní pojmy a principy pasivních domů. V praktické části bude namodelován projekt pasivního domu a výběr vhodných stavebních prvků pro obálku budovy. Dále bude proveden výpočet tepelných ztrát modelu budovy, návrh otopné soustavy, návrh ohřevu teplé vody a mechanického větrání budovy. Závěrečná část hodnotí ekonomické a enroviromentální hlediska výstavby a provozu pasivních staveb.

Abstract:

There have been more and more often questions connected to saving the energy in the last few years. The energy consumption is rising and one of the ways how to stop this tendence is to decrease the building energetic heftiness. The building industry influence on the energy consumption in the buildings is remarkable. In the developped countries the share of energy consumption in the building maintenance in the total consumption is around 50 %. The restriction leading to the energy savings is the topic of political meetings on various levels. The European Parliament called up with its direction dated 31.1.2008 the European Comission to suggest mandatory demands which would direct the all newly built buildings to be built according to the passive house standards. The aim of the thesis is the calculation of the energetic bilance on the case of a simulated passive house. In the first part, there are basic terms and rules of the passive house explained. In the practice part there is a project of the passive house simulated and the choice of suitable materials for the building envelope. Then the calculation of thermic losts is made, as well as the project of heating system, the system of the hot water heating and mechanic ventilation of the building. In the conclusion there is an assessment from the point of view of enviromental and economic aspects of building and maintaining the passive houses.
