Cílem bakalářské práce vymezit postavení odborové organizace v pracovněprávních vztazích. Autorka ve své práci charakterizuje kolektivní pracovní právo. Kromě toho také popisuje odborovou organizaci jako subjekt pracovněprávních vztahů, analyzuje podmínky jejího vzniku, působnosti a zániku. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to define the status of trade unions in employment relations. In her thesis the author describes a collective labour law. Author also specifies a trade union as a subject of employment relations, analyse the conditions of its establishment, scope of activity and termination.
