Abstract:

ABSTRAKT Tématem diplomové práce je Školní výkonová motivace žáků na 1. stupni ZŠ. V teoretické části jsou definovány pojmy, které souvisí s výkonovou motivací ve vzdělávacím procesu. Tato práce se pak také například zaobírá zdroji lidské motivace, potřebami, motivačními faktory, jak motivačně působí odměny a tresty nebo také vlivy snižující žákův výkon. Cílem empirické části je zjistit výkonovou motivaci žáků na 1. stupni ZŠ. V téhle práci se blíže zkoumala výkonová motivace žáků 3. - 5. ročníků a také se zjišťovala výkonová motivovanost na základě genderového rozdělení. Pomocí dotazníků byly od žáků získány informace o tom, zda mají větší potřebu úspěšného výkonu nebo potřebu vyhnutí se neúspěchu. Výzkumné šetření ukázalo, že žáci 3. - 5. ročníků vybrané ZŠ mají velmi vysokou potřebu úspěšného výkonu a nízkou obavu z neúspěchu. Dále se například ukázalo, že 3. a 4. ročníky jsou výkonově orientované stejně, a to tak, že mají velmi vysokou potřebu úspěšného výkonu a nízkou obavu z neúspěchu. U 5. ročníků se však zjistilo, že sice mají vysokou potřebu úspěšného výkonu, ale zároveň mají průměrnou obavu z neúspěchu. Dále se výzkumné šetření zabývalo výkonovou motivací na základě genderového rozdělení. Děvčata a chlapci 3. - 5. ročníků mají obecně velmi vysokou potřebu úspěchu a nízkou obavu z neúspěchu, ale každý ročník zvlášť přinesl rozdílné výsledky. 3. ročníky prokázaly, že děvčata mají vysokou potřebu úspěchu a velmi nízkou obavu z neúspěchu, avšak chlapci mají vysokou potřebu úspěšného výkonu a zároveň vysokou obavu z neúspěchu. Ve 4. ročnících byly výsledky šetření podobné. Děvčata měla vysokou potřebu úspěšného výkonu a nízkou potřebu vyhnutí se neúspěchu. Chlapci pak měli velmi vysokou potřebu úspěšného výkonu a velmi nízkou potřebu vyhnutí se neúspěchu. Výzkum uzavírají 5. ročníky, ve kterých se zjistilo, že dívky mají průměrnou potřebu úspěšného výkonu, ale mají vysokou obavu z neúspěchu. Chlapci pak prokázali, že mají vysokou potřebu úspěšného výkonu, ale na druhou stranu mají nízkou obavu z neúspěchu. Tato práce by mohla být přínosem pro pedagogy, kteří se potýkají s problémem motivace ve své třídě. Práce by je mohla inspirovat k provedení vlastního výzkumu a zjištění výkonové orientace své třídy.

Abstract:

ABSTRACT The topic of the diploma thesis is School performance motivation for pupils at the first stage of primary school. The theoretical part defines the terms that are related to performance motivation in the educational process. This work also deals, for example, with the sources of human motivation, needs, sources of motivation, motivational factors, the effects of motivational rewards and punishments, or the influences that reduce the student's performance. The aim of the empirical part is to find out the performance motivation of primary school pupils. In this work, the performance motivation of 3rd - 5th graders was examined in more detail and the performance motivation based on gender distribution was also determined. Questionnaires were used to obtain information from students, whether they had a greater need for successful performance or the need to avoid failure. The research survey showed that 3rd - 5th graders of selected elementary schools have a very high need for successful performance and low fear of failure. Furthermore, it turned out, for example, that the 3rd and 4th grades are performance-oriented in the same way, and that they have a very high need for successful performance and low fear of failure. However, in the 5th grade, it was found that although they have a high need for successful performance, they also have an average fear of failure. Furthermore, the research survey dealt with performance motivation based on gender distribution. Girls and boys in grades 3-5 generally have a very high need for success and low fear of failure, but each year has produced different results. 3rd grade has shown that girls have a high need for success and very low fear of failure, but boys have a high need for successful performance and at the same time a high fear of failure. In the 4th grade, the results of the survey were similar. The girls had a high need for successful performance and a low need to avoid failure. The boys then had a very high need for successful performance and a very low need to avoid failure. The research concludes with the 5th grade, where it was found that girls have an average need for successful performance, but they have a high fear of failure. The boys then showed that they had a high need for successful performance, but on the other hand, they had a low fear of failure. This work could be beneficial for teachers who face the problem of motivation in their classrooms. The work could inspire to conduct its own research and determine the performance orientation of its class.
