Analysis of the company 's life situation in related to eGovernment tools

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení eGovernmentu České republiky z pohledu firmy. Soustředí se na oblast živnostenského podnikání a na nástroje eGovern-mentu, které lze využít. Hlavními cíli práce byla analýza vybrané životní situace firmy, porovnání s obdobnou situací v zahraničí a zhodnocení a návrh případného zlepšení. Cílů bylo dosaženo popsáním postupu založení živnostenského podnikání a následných povin-ností podnikatele a představením nástrojů, které může podnikatel pro komunikaci s veřejnou správou využít. Dále byl v práci stručně představen vývoj eGovernmentu Velké Británie. V praktické části diplomové práce byla provedena analýza portálů veřejné správy a online registračních formulářů České republiky a Velké Británie. Nástroje byly hodnoceny podle stanovené metodiky a zadaných kritérií respondenty z různých věkových skupin a profesního zaměření. Na základě výsledků bylo identifikováno, že české nástroje ve většině hodnocených kritérií zaostávají za britskými nástroji. V závěru práce byly představeny konkrétní návrhy na zlepšení současného portálu veřejné správy v České republice.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis is focused on evaluation of eGovernment of the Czech Republic from the point of view of the company. It focuses on sole trader and eGovernment tools that can be used. The main goals of the thesis were the analysis of selected life situation of the company, comparison with similar situation abroad and evaluation and suggestion of possi-ble improvement. The goals were achieved by describing the procedure of how to be the sole trader and the subsequent obligations of the sole trader and by introducing the tools that the entrepreneur can use for communication with the public administration. Further-more, the development of eGovernment of Great Britain was briefly presented. In the practical part of the diploma thesis an analysis of public administration portals and online registration forms of the Czech Republic and Great Britain was carried out. The tools were evaluated by respondents from different age groups and professional orientation according to the established methodology and criteria. Based on the results, it has been identified that Czech instruments are lagging behind British instruments in most of the criteria. In the end of the thesis, concrete proposals for improving the current public administration portal in the Czech Republic were presented.
