Cílem práce je studium a porovnání vybraných povrchových úprav na vybraných substrátech. Výsledek povrchové úpravy je dán na základě výsledků z analytických metod, a proto je cílem práce vyhodnocení vlastností a chování systémů tenká vrstva substrát. The goal of this work is to study and compare selected surface finishes on selected substrates. The results of this surface treatment is given on the base of results from analytic methods, therefore the second goal is the evaluation of the properties and behaviour of the selected system's thin film substrate.
