Abstract:
Práce se ověřuje antibakteriální a cytotoxické účinky přírodních sloučenin. Zjišťuje se minimální inhibiční a minimální baktericidní koncentrace přírodních látek pro kmeny rodu Enterococcus a Pseudomonas, mikrodiluční metodou.
Abstract:
Work verifies antibacterial and cytotoxic activity of natural substances, determines the minimum inhibitory concentration and minimum bactericidal concentration of natural substances strains of the genus Enterococcus and Pseudomonas microdilution method.
