Diplomová práce je zaměřena na pacienty s mnohočetným myelomem, u kterých byla indikována autologní transplantace. The diploma thesis was focused on patients with multiple myeloma in whom autologous transplantation was indicated. The aim was to find out how and in which ways autologous transplantation affected their quality of life. The thesis was divided into two parts.
