Cílem této diplomové práce je identifikovat a rozebrat konkrétní příčiny vzniku deficitů vládního sektoru v České republice v letech 2000-2009. První kapitola popisuje problém vládního deficitu, zabývá se příjmy a výdaji vládního sektoru i státního rozpočtu. The goal of the thesis is to identify and analyze causes of government’s deficits in the Czech Republic. The first chapter describes the problem of government’s deficit, deals with government’s and state budget’s revenues and expenditures.
