Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá zákaznickým servisem v podniku Bohemiatex, s. r. o. Použitím dotazníkového šetření, konzultací v podniku, analýzy podnikových dokumentů, norem a směrnic je zhodnocen zákaznický servis a spokojenost zákazníků podniku. Výstupem práce je návrh souboru opatření, postupů a metod pro posílení zákaznického servisu v podniku.
Abstract:
This master thesis deals with the customer service in the company named Bohemiatex, Ltd. The customers´ service and their satisfaction are evaluated while using the survey, consultations in the company and analysis of the firm´s regulations and guidelines.
