Abstract:
V této diplomové práci se věnujeme popisu polymorfismu pomocí NMR spektroskopie pevné fáze a kvantově chemických výpočtů. Byly naměřeny hodnoty hlavních složek 13C NMR tenzorů chemického posunu pro tři polymorfy kyseliny 2-thiobarbitorové. Pomocí klastrového přístupu je popsán vliv krystalového balení na jednotlivé složky tenzorů 13C NMR chemického posunu. Diplomová práce se také věnuje srovnání výpočtů …more
Abstract:
In this thesis we study polymorphism using solid-state NMR spectroscopy and quantum chemical calculations. We measured principal values of the 13C NMR chemical shift tensors for the three polymorphs of 2-thiobarbituric acid.
