Personnel and social policy in conditions of police constituent part - Pardubice City Police

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku personální a sociální politiky v podmínkách policejní složky, a to konkrétně policejní složky Městské policie Pardubice. Cílem práce je blíže charakterizovat personální a sociální politiku na příkladu Městské policie Pardubice, přičemž pozornost je zde zaměřena na možnosti stanovení personální a sociální politiky, motivaci pracovníků v policejní složce a na identifikaci současného stavu personální a sociální politiky v podmínkách policejní složky. Text práce je rozdělen do dvou základních částí – teoretické a praktické části. Zatímco teoretická část definuje odborná východiska zkoumané problematiky, praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu personální a sociální politiky na příkladu Městské policie Pardubice. V závěru práce jsou prezentovány konkrétní návrhy, jak motivační politiku v organizaci zefektivnit.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of personnel and social policy in the conditions of the police unit, namely the Municipal police unit of Pardubice police. The aim of the thesis is to characterize the personnel and social policy on the example of the Pardubice Municipal Police, whereas attention focuses on the possibilities of determining personnel and social policy, motivation of employees in the police force and to identify the current situationpersonnel and social policy in the conditions of the police force. The text of the thesis is divided into two basic parts – theoretical and practical part. While the theoretical part defines the professional basis of the researched issues, the practical part is focused on the analysis of personnel and social policy on the example of Pardubice Municipal Police. At the end of the thesis the specific suggestions are presented on how to make motivational policy in the organization more effective
