Abstract:

Disertační práce se zabývá oblastí znalostní podpory tvorby podnikové strategie. Vychází z rešerší a analýz stavu teoretických a výzkumných prací i stavu podnikové praxe v této oblasti v České republice, ale i ve světě. Rozebírá stávající přístupy i metodiky a všímá si dosud neřešených aspektů Cílem dizertační práce je vytvoření nového přístupu i metodiky pro tvorbu znalostní strategie průmyslového podniku jakožto jednoho ze stěžejních dokumentů, potřebných v procesu tvorby i realizace podnikové strategie a jí podřízených strategií. Práce jednak aktualizuje a popisuje model vazeb znalostní a podnikové strategie, jednak vytváří i novou metodiku tvorby systému znalostního managementu podniku včetně návrhu maturity modelu, sloužícího k hodnocení úrovně tohoto systému v daném podniku. Na uvedená teoretická východiska plynule navazuje jejich otestování v konkrétním renomovaném podniku Doosan Škoda Power s.r.o, které prokázalo jak jejich praktickou aplikovatelnost, tak i přednosti v podobě konkrétních impulsů k dalšímu rozvoji systému znalostního managementu a jeho částí v daném podniku.

Abstract:

This dissertation focuses on knowledge support of business strategy development and is based on searches and analyses of the status of theory and research and the status of industrial practice in this field of activity in the Czech Republic and the world. The work analyses current approaches and methodologies and takes into consideration as yet unsolved aspects in the field. The goal of the dissertation is to formulate a new approach and methodology for creating a knowledge strategy in an industrial enterprise. Knowledge strategy is one of the most important documents necessary in the process of creating and executing a business strategy and its subordinate strategies. This dissertation not only updates and describes the model of the links between knowledge and business strategy but also creates new methodology for knowledge management of an industrial enterprise including the proposal of a maturity model for evaluating the level of knowledge management in an enterprise. The theoretical groundwork continues fluently into practical testing at Doosan Skoda Power. This testing demonstrated both the applicability and advantages in the form of specific initiatives for further development of knowledge management in an enterprise.
