Proč farmářské trhy?

Why farmers markets?
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na farmářské trhy v České republice. Teoretická část popisuje, co nám farmářské trhy přinášejí, proč je dobré zde nakupovat a jak založit farmářský trh. Praktická část se zabývá venkovskými a městskými farmářskými trhy v okolí města Chomutova, pomocí dotazníkového šetření je zjištěna pravidelná návštěvnost, spokojenost nakupujících a jiné zajímavé informace.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is focused on the theme of farm markets in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part of the work describes, what the farm markets yield, why they are good for shopping and how to found a new farm market. The practical part of the work deals with country and urban farm markets in the area of the town Chomutov, questionnaire survey finds out the regular attendance, the rate of shopper …more
