Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je analýza získávání a výběru zaměstnanců ve společnosti XY, s.r.o. a odhalit případné nedostatky a navrhnout možná doporučení. Tato práce je rozdělena do dvou velkých částí – teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části je zapotřebí vymezit pojmy k oblasti náborového procesu, konkrétně k získávání a výběru zaměstnanců do společnosti. Teoretická část se tudíž rozděluje také na dva celky, prvním je získávání zaměstnanců a druhým je výběr zaměstnanců. Oba celky vycházejí z odborné literatury. Praktická část se zabývá již samotným procesem získávání a výběru zaměstnanců ve společnosti XY, s.r.o., kde je za pomoci rozhovoru s personalistkou společnosti, analýzy interních dokumentů, komparace teoretických poznatků s praxí a v neposlední řadě dotazníkového šetření, provedena podrobná analýza celého procesu. Výsledkem analýzy je celkové zhodnocení procesu získávání a výběru zaměstnanců ve společnosti, zda je dobře nastaven a jsou formulována určitá doporučení k vyšší efektivitě procesu.

Abstract:

The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze recruitment and selection of employees in the XY limited company and to find out possible deficiencies and to suggest recommendations. This thesis is diverted into two parts – theoretical and practical. In theoretical part we need to define terms related to interviewing proces, more specifically related to acquiring and selection the employees for the company. Theoretical part is also diverted into two parts, first one is recruitment of employees and second one is the selection of the employees. Both of those parts come from specialised literature. Practical part is looking at specific proces of recruitment and selection the employees in the XY limited company, where it’s with help of human resources deputy of the company, analysis intern documents, comparison theoretical points in practice and least but not last analyses of the whole proces done with the help of a questionnaire. The outcome of the analysis is whole evaluation of the acquiring and choosing of employees in the company, if it’s set right and if there are any recommendations for better afficiency of the process.
