Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci se věnuji úloze cyklinů D v regulaci a dysregulaci buněčného cyklu u mnohočetného myelomu. Cykliny D se podílejí na regulaci progrese buňky z fáze G1 do S a fungují také jako transkripční faktory některých genů. V rámci mnohočetného myelomu dochází k dysregulaci buněčného cyklu a k dysregulaci exprese všech tří cyklinů D. Cykliny D slouží také jako prognostický marker a ke klasifikaci …more
Abstract:
In this thesis, I focus on the role of cyclins D in regulation and dysregulation of the cell cycle in multiple myeloma. Cyclins D are involved in regulating progression of cells from G1 to S-phase and also act as transcription factors of some genes. In multiple myeloma, there is the dysregulation of the cell cycle and the expression of all three cyclins D is dysregulated. Cyclins D are also prognostic …more
