V této diplomové práci pomocí počítačových simulací s využitím hrubozrnných modelů studujeme usnadněný průchod amfifilních peptidů skrz biologické membrány. Nejprve odhalujeme vliv α-helikálních transmembránových peptidů nebo proteinových domén s různými vlastnostmi na průchod peptidů přes biologické membrány. In this diploma thesis, we study the facilitated translocation of amphiphilic peptides across biological membranes using computer simulations with coarse-grained models.
