The Scope and Limits of Evidence in Pre-Trial Proceedings
Abstract:
Tématem bakalářské práce je rozsah a meze dokazování v přípravném řízení. V práci jsem se zabýval zejména dokazováním v jednotlivých stádiích přípravného řízení, subjekty dokazování, jejich současnými možnostmi v provádění důkazů a následnou použitelností důkazů v řízení před soudem.
Abstract:
The thesis' subject is the extent and limits of evidence in pre-trial proceedings. In the thesis above all I deal with the evidence in various stages of the trial, subjects of inquiry, their current capabilities in the implementation of evidence, and applicability of evidence in subsequent court proceedings.
