The impact of human behavior on economic indicators

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem lidského chování na ekonomické veličiny. První část je věnována pojetí racionality v prostředí neoklasické teorie a chování racionálního jedince v ekonomice. Tato část je zakončena teorií efektivních trhů, která je formována na základech racionality. Protipólem je část druhá, která se zaměřuje na psychologickou a sociologickou stránku chování jedinců. Zahrnut je zde koncept „animal spirits“ a behaviorálních financí. Poslední část sleduje vliv lidského chování na ekonomické veličiny a jak sentiment subjektů úzce souvisí s vývojem ekonomiky.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis focuses on the influence of human behavior on economic variables. The first part is devoted to the concept of rationality in the neoclassical theory and the behavior of a rational individual in economics. This part concludes with the theory of efficient markets, which is built on the foundations of rationality. The opposite is the second part, which focuses on the psychological and sociological aspects of individual behavior. It includes the concept of "animal spirits" and behavioral finance. The last part examines the impact of human behavior on economic variables and how the sentiment of individuals is closely related to economic development.
