Cílem této bakalářské práce je analyzovat přínos stakeholderské analýzy ve strategické analýze. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. The aim of this bachelor thesis is the use of stakeholder analysis in strategic analysis. The work is segmented in two parts. Subjects in the first, theoretical part, are developement of company approach, strategic analysis and stakeholder analysis. The second part is dedicated to analysis of chosen company.
