Multicomponent organic-inorganic pigment of red colour

Abstract:

Předložená bakalářská práce se zabývá přípravou vícesložkového organicko-anorganického červeného pigmentu a hodnocením jeho kvality. Komerční červený organický pigment typu DP3G byl navázán (spojen) mezivrstvou čerstvě vysráženého hydroxidu hlinitého na anorganický základ. Tím byl okrový pseudobrookitový pigment. Po aplikaci pigmentů do organického pojivého systému v plném i ředěném tónu byly hodnoceny barevné vlastnosti pomocí barevných souřadnic L*a*b* v systému CIEL*a*b* na přístroji ColorQuest XE.

Abstract:

This bachelor work is engaged in the preparation of the multicomponental organic-inorganic red pigment and its quality testing. The commercial red organic pigment DP3G type was continued (connected) with the intermediate layer of the recent precipitated aluminium hydroxide to the inorganic base. The inorganic base was formed by ochre pseudobrookite pigment. The colouring properties of the pigments, which were applied to acrylate copolymer, were evaluated by coloring co - ordinates L*, a*, b* in the CIEL*a*b* system, by equipment ColorQuest XE.
