Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na možnost účasti cizinců na volbách do zastupitelstev obcí. Obsahem bakalářské práce je podat informace o možnosti cizinců zúčastnit se voleb do zastupitelstev obcí jako voliči, případně jako kandidáti. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit rozdíly v přístupu k cizincům jako voličům v České republice a Spolkové republice Německo.

The bachelor thesis focuses on possibilities of foreigners‘ participation in elections to municipal councils. The content of this bachelor thesis is to provide information about the foreigners‘ possibilities to participate in elections to municipal councils, as voters and also as candidates.
