Diplomová práce podrobuje analýze článek 5, odstavec 1 Nařízení Brusel I v kontextu elektronického obchodování mezi podnikateli. Zejména je zaměřena na závazky, jejichž plnění probíhá v digitální podobě a je tedy složité určit místo jejich plnění. Abstract:
The thesis analyses Article 5 Section 1 of the Brussels I Regulation in connection with electronic commerce focusing on business-to-business contracts. The analysis is aimed especially at obligations with performance conducted in digital form.
