Anotace Tato práce se zabývá možnostmi diagnostiky bakterie Clostridium difficile, která se díky produkci toxinů velmi významně v posledních letech podílí na vzniku průjmů až pseudomembranózní kolitidy. Onemocnění se šíří jako nozokomiální nákaza a úzce souvisí s dlouhodobým užíváním antibiotik. Annotation This work deals with diagnostics bacterium Clostridium difficile, which is due to toxin production very significantly participate with antibiotic-associated diarrhea and pseudomembranous colitis in recent years.
