The study of the german phraseologisms´ usage in the "agony column" texts

Abstract:

This study deals with the german phraseologisms in the "agony column" texts. It consists of the theoretical and the practical part. The theoretical part explains the basic therms and qualities of phraseologisms, followed by their classifikation. The study focuses on the phraseologisms in text and their integration into the context. The phraseologisms in the corpus, which is compiled of the "agony column" texts, are analysed in the practical part of this study. The main goals are:to clear the integration of the phraseologisms into the text, to describe the "agony column", to assign the "agony column" texts to the thematic groups, to compile the corpus of phraseologisms, which are found in the texts, to analyse the functions of the phraseologisms in the texts, to find out and to compare the frequency of the presence of the phraseologisms in both parts of the texts, to find out, which phraseologisms occur more times, to analyse the distribution of the phraseologisms in the texts

Abstract:

Die Diplomarbeit beschäftigt sich mit deutschen Phraseologismen in Texten, insbesondere in der Rubrik "Kummerkasten". Die Studie beginnt mit dem theoretischen Teil, in dem zuerst die Grundbegriffe der Phraseologie und die phraseologischen Merkmale erläutert werden. Ferner folgt die Klassifikation von Phraseologismen. Ausführlicher werden im theoretischen Teil die Phraseologismen im Text und ihre Einbettung in den Kontext behandelt. In dem praktischen Teil der Diplomarbeit werden die Texte aus der Rubrik "Kummerkasten" analysiert. Die Hauptziele der Arbeit sind: Einbettung von Phraseologismen im Text zu klären, die Rubrik "Kummerkasten" zu charakterisieren, die Texte aus der gegebenen Rubrik in Themenbereiche zu gliedern, ein Korpus von Phraseologismen zusammenzustellen, die Phraseologismen bezüglich ihrer Funktionen zu analysieren, die Frequenz der Verwendung von Phraseologismen in beiden Teilen der Texte festzustellen und zu vergleichen, festzustellen, welche Phraseologismen sich wiederholen, die Distribution von Phraseologismen in den Texten zu analysieren
