Ústředním cílem diplomové práce je zodpovězení otázky, zda příjmy za licence k předmětům duševního vlastnictví podléhají zdanění sensu largo, čímž dojde ke zvýšení právní jistoty daňových subjektů při výkladu předpisů daňového práva. This thesis deals with issue whether licence fees are object of taxation sensu largo, i. e. object of income tax and social security in the Czech Republic. In order to fulfill the aim the licences are described from the perspective of the private law with focus on licence fee as a part of the contract relevant for conceivable taxation.
