Analysis of the Impact of the Amendment to the Public Procurement Act to the Security and Defense Industry
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou dopadu novely zákona 137/2006 Sb., o veřejných zakázkách na obranný a bezpečnostní průmysl ČR. Porovnává aktuální znění zákona s připravovanou novelou, popisuje změny jak z pohledu státu, tak i z pohledu výrobních firem.
Abstract:
This thesis analyzes the impact of the amendment to Act 137/2006 Coll., on public procurement to Czech defense and security industry. Compares the current wording of the Act with an amendment, describes the changes from the perspective of the state, and in terms of manufacturing companies.
