Nursing Process in Care of Patient with Illeus

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je tvorba ošetřovatelského procesu v péči o pacienta se střevní neprůchodností. Bakalářská práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretickou část tvoří tři hlavní kapitoly - první se věnuje střevní neprůchodnosti jako takové, patofyziologii onemocnění, klasifikaci, diagnostice, léčbě a okrajově i komplikacím. Druhá kapitola obsahuje informace týkající se specifik spojených s léčbou pacienta se střevní neprůchodností v rámci ošetřovatelského procesu a v poslední kapitole teoretické části jsou obsaženy informace týkající se možných komplikací spojených se střevní neprůchodností. V praktické části bakalářské práce je popsán ošetřovatelský proces pacientky s diagnózou střevní neprůchodnosti, který se opírá o taxonomii NANDA II vycházející z potřeb pacienta. V rámci práce byly stanoveny konkrétní ošetřovatelské diagnózy, ke kterým byly vytyčeny ošetřovatelské cíle, intervence. Dále byla popsána realizace ošetřovatelského procesu na jednotce JIP a na chirurgickém oddělení. Data pro stanovení a popsání ošetřovatelského procesu v rámci práce byla získána ze zdravotnické i ošetřovatelské dokumentace, z rozhovoru s pacientkou i z realizované praxe. V rámci praxe bylo využito vlastního pozorování a byly použity také standardizované hodnotící škály VAS.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis is the creation of a nursing process in the care of a patient with intestinal obstruction. The bachelor thesis consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part consists of three main chapters - the first is dedicated to intestinal obstruction as such, the pathophysiology of the disease, classification, diagnosis, treatment and marginally complications. The second chapter contains information regarding the specifics associated with the treatment of a patient with intestinal obstruction as part of the nursing process, and the last chapter of the theoretical part contains information regarding possible complications associated with intestinal obstruction. In the practical part of the bachelor's thesis, the nursing process of a patient diagnosed with intestinal obstruction is described, which is based on the NANDA II taxonomy and is based on the needs of the patient. As part of the work, specific nursing diagnoses were established, for which nursing goals and interventions were set, and the implementation of the nursing process in the ICU unit, as well as in the surgical department, was described. Data for determining and describing the nursing process within the work was obtained from medical and nursing documentation, from an interview with the patient and from the actual practice. In practice, self - observation was used and standardized VAS rating scales were also used.
