Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám návrhem vybraných vnitropodnikových směrnic firmy Smalt, s. r. o. Teoretická část je zaměřena na teorii vnitropodnikových směrnic. Analytickou část zaměřím na návrh vybraných vnitropodnikových směrnic, které má firma zastaralé. Jedná se o směrnice pro pokladnu a ceniny, směrnice pro mzdy, odměňování a přijímání nových pracovníků a směrnice pro odběratelské faktury …more
Abstract:
In my bachelor´s work, I propose selected internal guidelines of Smalt Company, Ltd. The theoretical part is focused on the theory of internal directives. The analytical part is focused on the proposal of selected internal directives, which are outdated.
