Práce se zabývá pojmem recidivy trestného činu a možností její prevence. V teoretické části práce je popsána stávající právní úprava recidivy, její druhy a dělení. Následuje rozbor prezidentských amnestií z roku 1990 a 2013. Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with the conception of recidivism of crime and possibility of prevention. In theoretical section of the thesis is explained legal regulation of recidivism, types and division. Then follows the analysis of presidential amnesties from 1990 and 2013.
