Abstract:

Diplomová práce je v teoretické části zaměřena poruchy barvocitu, metody vyšetřování barvocitu, možnosti korekce. Okrajově je zmíněna podstata světla, barevné vidění, rozlišování barev. Hlavním cílem mé diplomové práce je porovnání metod pro vyšetření barvocitu. Tyto metody jsou Lanthonyho desaturovaný test a Farnsworth – Munsell 100 HUE test. Metody budu porovnávat dle několika kritérií a budu se snažit zjistit, zda je některá z metod lepší, nebo jsou obě metody shodné.

Abstract:

The thesis is focused on the theoretical part of the color vision disorders, methods of investigation of color perception, the possibility of correction. Marginally mentioned the nature of light, color vision, color discrimination. The main aim of my thesis is a comparison of methods for the examination of color perception. These methods are Lanthonyho desaturated test and Farnsworth - Munsell 100 HUE test. I will compare the methods according to several criteria and I will try to determine whether any of the methods better, or both methods are identical.
