Předmětem diplomové práce „Právní a daňové aspekty svěřenského fondu“ je rozbor nového institutu svěřenského fondu zavedeného do českého právního řádu zákonem č. 89/2012 Sb., občanský zákoník. První část práce je zaměřena na jednotlivé obecné aspekty právní úpravy svěřenského fondu, na což navazuje druhá část práce, která se zabývá správou a dohledem nad svěřenským fondem. Purpose of this master thesis "Legal and tax features of trust fund " is an analysis of a new institute of trust fund established into the Czech legal order by the Law No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code. First part of the thesis focuses on individual general aspects of the trust fund legal regulation. Second part of the thesis continues with a management and supervision of the trust fund.
