Diplomová práce se zabývá regulací hypotečního trhu v České republice prováděnou Českou národní bankou. Hlavním cílem práce je podat ucelený pohled na vydaná doporučení ČNB a analyzovat jejich dopad na hypoteční a nemovitostní trh. The diploma thesis deals with the regulation of the mortgage market in the Czech Republic by the Czech National Bank. The main aim of the thesis is to give a comprehensive view of the CNB's recommendations and to analyze their impact on the mortgage and real estate market.
