Abstract:

Tématem mé bakalářské práce je využití e-learningu ve firemní sféře. Ve vlastním výzkumu jsem se zaměřila na využívání e-learningového vzdělávání na institucích ve státním sektoru. Tento sektor je zastoupen okresní správou sociálního zabezpečení, úřadem práce a městským úřadem nejmenovaného města v jižních Čechách. Pomocí tří různých výzkumných metod jsem se snažila zjistit, zda je využití e-learningového vzdělávání na jednotlivých úřadech rozdílné, jak toto vzdělávání probíhá, formu e-kurzů, závislost vzdělávání na pozici pracovníka, oblíbenost e-learningu u zaměstnanců atd. Pro potvrzení nebo vyvrácení předem stanovených předpokladů jsem použila kvalitativní i kvantitativní metody.

Abstract:

The topic of my thesis is the use of e-learning in the corporate sector. In my own research, I have focused on the use of e-learning institutions in the public sector. This sector is represented by the District Social Security Administration, the labor office and the municipality unnamed town in southern Bohemia. Using three different research methods, I tried to determine whether the use of e-learning at the individual offices are different, as this education is, form e-courses, the dependence on the position of the worker education, popularity of e-learning for employees, etc. To confirm or refute predetermined assumptions I used qualitative and quantitative methods.
