Cílem této práce je tvorba systému měřítek výkonnosti s vazbou na motivaci pracovníků v podmínkách konkrétního podniku. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty přístupy pojetí výkonnosti, principy jejího měření a vývojové tendence této disciplíny.
