Unknown(?) regimen sanitatis of manuscript No. 5 of Vodňany
Abstract:
Cílem této magisterské diplomové práce je vytvoření edice dosud nevydaného rukopisu vodňanského, který obsahuje dietetický dopis De observatione ciborum, jehož autorem je řecký lékař Anthimus. Práce dále zahrnuje pojednání o autorovi a jeho spisu a rozbor jednotlivých potravin, které jsou v dopise popsány.
Abstract:
This master thesis is ment to form an edition of a manuscript of Vodňany that hasnʼt been published yet. The manuscript contains a dietetic letter called De observatione ciborum whom author is a Greek doctor Anthimus. The thesis furthermore includes a discourse considering the author and his treatise and also an analysis of particular eatables that are described in the letter.
