Authorities responsible for collecting excise duties in EU countries

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na porovnání výběru spotřební daně z piva v České republice, v Německu, ve Španělsku a ve Švédsku Teoretická část se v první části zabývá popisem daňových soustav, následně spotřební daní v ČR a vybraných zemí a v druhé části se zaměřuje na orgány při výběru spotřební daně, což je v tomto případě Celní správa ČR a její následný popis. V praktické části je provedena srovnávací analýza na organizační strukturu v jednotlivých zemí a pokračuje praktickým hypotetickým příkladem, jak postupují orgány ve vybraných zemi při výběru spotřební daně z piva. A v poslední části se výběr spotřebních daní de lege ferenda.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on the comparison of excise duty collection on beer in the Czech Republic, Germany, Spain and Sweden.The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the description of tax systems, then excise duty in the Czech Republic and selected countries and the second part focuses on the authorities in the collection of excise duty, which in this case is the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic and its subsequent description. The practical part provides a comparative analysis on the organisational structure in each country and continues with a practical hypothetical example of how the authorities in the selected countries proceed in collecting excise duty on beer. And in the last part, excise collection is de lege ferenda.
