Abstract:

Tato práce je věnována obecným pohledům na pracovní spokojenost a je zde pojata jako multidimenzionální koncept. Pro tuto problematiku je charakteristická existence mnoha aspektů, ovlivňujících pracovní spokojenost. Kvalifikační práce si klade za cíl přispět k teoretickému rozpracování problematiky pracovní spokojenosti ve specifickém prostředí sociálních služeb. Shrnuje současné poznatky o problematice pracovní spokojenosti obecně a definuje pojem pracovní spokojenost. Jsou zde sumarizovány poznatky o faktorech ovlivňujících vnímání pracovní spokojenosti zaměstnanců, představeny motivační determinanty související s pracovní spokojeností, respektive nespokojeností. Dále jsem se v textu pokusila identifikovat a podrobněji zmapovat nejdůležitější oblasti v problematice pracovní spokojenosti, nastínit souvislosti, dilemata a problémy, které se v oblasti pracovní spokojenosti vyskytují. V neposlední řadě je zde definována nezastupitelná úloha manažerů v rámci problematiky pracovní spokojenosti zaměstnanců. Ke zpracování praktické části byla použita kvantitativní strategie výzkumu. Pro dosažení stanoveného cíle byl použit standardizovaný dotazník Job Satisfaction Survey, který byl doplněn o otázky zabývající se vzděláním, délkou praxe, věkem a dalšími demografickými údaji. Dotazník byl distribuován zaměstnancům v sociálních službách v rámci České republiky. Cílem výzkumu bylo analyzovat úroveň subjektivní pracovní spokojenosti u zaměstnanců poskytovatelů sociálních služeb, v rámci souboru popsat pracovní spokojenost jako celek, zjistit, zda existují rozdíly v pracovní spokojenosti, zda existuje vztah mezi pracovní spokojeností a vybranými proměnnými.

Abstract:

The qualification work is devoted to general views on job satisfaction and is conceived as a multidimensional concept. This isme is characterized by the existence of many aspectsaffecting job satisfaction. The qualification work aids to contribute to the theoretical elaboration of the isme of jobsatisfaction in the specific enviroment of social services. It sumarizes current knowledge about the issue of job satisfaction in general and defines the koncept of job satisfaction. It sumarizes knowledge about the factors influencing the perception of job satisfaction of employees, presents the motivational determinants related to job satisfaction respectively dissatisfaction. Furthermore, in the text I tried to identify and map in more detail the most important areas in the field of job satisfactions, outlines the context, dilemmas and problems encountered in the field of job satisfaction. Last but not least, the irreplaceable role of managers in the isme of employee job satisfaction is defined here. A quantitative research strategy was used for the practical part of the study. A standardized Job Satisfaction Survey questionnaire was used to achieve the stated objective, supplemented with questions dealing with education, length of experience, age and other demographic data. The questionnaire was distributed to social service workers in the Czech republic. The aim of the research was to analyze the level of subjective job satisfaction among employees of social service providers, to describe job satisfaction as a whole, to determine whether there are differences in job satisfaction, and to determine whether there is a relationship between job satisfaction and selected variables.
