Tato diplomová práce se zabývá možnostmi elektronizace služeb a efektivitou se zaměřením na daňovou správu. Prvním hlavním cílem této diplomové práce bude zanalyzovat vztah mezi výdaji na mzdy a informačními technologiemi v jednotlivých daňových správách napříč celým světem. This thesis is focused on the topic of computerization of services and effectivity with a focus on tax administration. The first main objective of this thesis is to analyze the relationship between salary expenses and informational technologies in tax administrations throughout the whole world.
