Factors which have influence on offer of services food in Prague.

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na popis faktorů, které ovlivňují nabídku stravovacích služeb v Praze. V práci jsou uvedeny klíčové prvky, které nelze opomenout při tvorbě nabídky. Cílem je seznámit čtenáře se systémem fungování řetězcových kaváren na příkladu dvou společností Costa Coffee a Starbucks. K tomu je využita provedená situační analýza, která seznamuje čtenáře se situací na trhu v oblasti stravování. Marketingový mix umožňuje nahlédnout na nabídku ze strany produktu, distribuce, ceny a komunikace. Výsledkem této bakalářské práce je návrh optimálního řešení pro eliminaci současných problémů těchto podniků a vyjmenování chyb a příležitostí vyplývajících z výsledků dotazníkového šetření.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on the description of the factors influencing the offer of catering services in Prague. Where are the key elements that can not be ignored when creating a bid. It has the task of introducing readers to the system of chain cafes, for instance two organization such as Costa Coffee and Starbucks. For this will help to perform a situational analysis that will familiarize us with the food market situation, and the marketing mix will help to look at the product, distribution, price and communication offerings. The result of this bachelor work is to propose an optimal solution to eliminate the current problems in these enterprises and to identify errors resulting from the results of the research.
