Assessment of the attractiveness of the employer BENZINA Orlen

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce bylo posoudit atraktivitu zaměstnavatele „Orlen Unipetrol RPA, s.r.o. – BENZINA, odštěpný závod“ na základě komparace výsledku výzkumu v korelaci k interním zaměstnancům společnosti a současně k potenciálním uchazečům se zaměřením na studenty vysokých škol (především VŠE v Praze) a v souladu se zjištěnými daty navrhnout doporučení na zvýšení atraktivity zaměstnavatele. Posouzení atraktivity zaměstnavatele proběhlo na základě analýzy dat dotazníkového šetření, kterého se účastnilo celkem 79 zaměstnanců společnosti Benzina ORLEN a 103 studentů Vysoké školy ekonomické v Praze. Hlavní podstatou výzkumu bylo určit preference studentů a absolventů při výběru zaměstnavatele a posoudit atraktivitu zaměstnavatele dle preferencí zaměstnanců společnosti na základě pěti tematických bloků, které zahrnovaly pracovní náplň, značku zaměstnavatele, pracovní prostředí, vztahy na pracovišti a finanční ohodnocení a benefity.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis was to assess the attractiveness of the employer "Orlen Unipetrol RPA, s.r.o. - BENZINA, branch plant" on the basis of a comparison of the research results in correlation to the internal employees of the company and at the same time to the potential candidates with a focus on university students (especially students of the Prague University of Economics and Business) and in accordance with the data found to propose recommendations to increase the attractiveness of the employer. The assessment of employer attractiveness was based on the analysis of data from a questionnaire survey involving a total of 79 Benzina ORLEN employees and 103 students of the Prague University of Economics and Business. The main purpose of the research was to determine the preferences of students and graduates in choosing an employer and to assess the attractiveness of the employer according to the preferences of the company's employees based on five sections, which included job description, employer brand, work environment, workplace relations, and financial compensation and benefits.
