The Modern Ways of Vehicle Security Against Theft

Abstract:

Práce se věnuje vysoce frekventované kriminalitě vztahující se k motorovým vozidlům, a především ke způsobům, jak objekty této trestné činnosti zabezpečit a ochránit. Obsah práce je rozdělen na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části se obsah práce zaměřuje na definici automobilové kriminality a obecnou charakteristiku majetkové trestné činnosti, která zahrnuje nejčastěji páchané trestné činy ve vztahu k automobilům. Dále vyjmenovává možné příčiny krádeží vozidel a popisuje orgány, které se podílejí na boji proti automobilové kriminalitě. Hlavním tématem práce jsou druhy zabezpečení vozidel rozdělené na mechanické a elektronické, a které jsou vymezeny v kapitole třetí. Poslední kapitola teorie je zaměřena na rozsah automobilové kriminality v Karlovarském kraji, obzvlášť v Karlových Varech, Chebu a Sokolově. Praktická část má za cíl zjistit pohled policie a pojišťoven na problematiku automobilové kriminality a názor na zabezpečení vozidel.

Abstract:

The work is dedicated to the highly frequented crime relating to motor vehicles, and in particular to the ways of the objects of this criminal activity to secure and protect. The content of the work is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part of the contents of the work focuses on the definition of car crime and general characteristics of the property crime, which includes the most commonly committed offences in relation to cars. Also lists possible causes of vehicle theft and describes the authorities involved in the fight against car crime. The main theme of the work are the types of security vehicles divided into mechanical and electronic, and that are defined in chapter three. The last chapter of the theory is focused on the range of car crime in the Karlovy Vary region, particularly in Karlovy Vary, Cheb and Sokolov. The practical part aims to determine the view of the police and insurance companies on the issue of car crime and their opinions about the security of vehicles.
