Hereditary Cancer Predisposition Syndromes and Their Molecular Genetic Diagnostics
Abstract:
Práce se převážně zabývá charakteristikou jednotlivých hereditárních syndromů, s obecným výkladem z onkogenetiky, popisující zejména vznik nádorového onemocnění a z obecné genetiky, zaměřené hlavně na formy dědičnosti. Dále se práce věnuje metodám využívaným k jejich molekulárně genetické diagnostice a léčbě.
Abstract:
The work mainly deals with the characteristics of individual hereditary syndromes with a general interpretation of oncogenetics, describing in particular the origin of cancer and general genetics, focused mainly on forms of heredity. Furthermore, the work deals with the methods used for their molecular genetic diagnosis and therapy.
