Right to Fair and Prompt Trial in the Procedure Before the Supreme Court of the Czech Republic
Abstract:
Ve své práci jsem se zaměřila na řízení před Nejvyšším soudem v přiměřené lhůtě ze dvou hledisek. Jednak mě zajímalo, jaká je délka řízení a jak často si účastníci řízení na délku řízení stěžují. Dále jsem sledovala rozhodovací činnost Nejvyššího soudu ČR jako soudu dovolacího, tedy nejvyšší soudní instance obecných soudů v České republice, který rozhoduje o mimořádném opravném prostředku.
Abstract:
I have focused on legal proceedings at High Court in reasonable terms from two points of view in this thesis. Firstly I have looked for what is the duration of the proceedings and secondly how often the participants complain about the proceedings duration.
